We are delighted that Richard Lang, co-founder of Haute Rouleurs, has offered to provide our riders with tips on training and nutrition. Richard is a UK Cycling Professional who has raced all over the world on both the track and road, in events ranging from the World Championships to the Tour of Britain.

 

His company Haute Rouleurs links the corporate world to the world of professional cycling, enabling amateur cyclists to experience riding with the pros.

 

For starters, Richard will be posting regularly to our blog page with expert advice to get you lighter, meaner and faster for this ride.

 

But if you want to go the extra mile, you can sign up for one of his training packages and Haute Rouleurs will donate 10% of the profit to Dan's Trust and The Fearless Foundation. These packages are especially useful if you are short of time and find it difficult to get the best out of your nutrition.

The team at Haute Rouleurs will work with you to create a training program that is sustainable and straight forward.
All we ask for, is a minimum of 3 to 5 hours of your time per week. Of course some weeks may differ, but we understand life gets in the way.

cycling: Stage 2

-Initial Skype Consultation

-Weekly check-ins to ensure continual progress and support

-Unlimited email support

-Bespoke nutrition based on your specific individual goals food likes
and dislikes, schedule, nutritional values and personal preferences

-Weekly food diary analysis (Optional)

-Nutrition to maximize your training and recovery

-Providing the necessary tools to make your new nutritional habits
sustainable and adaptable to any situation

 

Cost £80 sign up, £80 per month (minimum 2 months)

cycling: Stage 1

- Initial Consultation – Rider profile

- Training peaks basic account

- Power, heart rate, RPE based training

- Fortnightly programs based on rider’s availability

- Unlimited communication to maximize effectiveness of the program

- 3-day dietary analysis

 

Cost £80 sign up, £150 per month (minimum 2 months)

10% discount and only one sign up fee required buying a nutrition and cycling combination.
